I. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY

CHECK-IN TIMINGS: 12:00 Hours Onwards
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
CHECK-OUT TIMINGS:10:00 – 12:00 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to Availability / Payment.
II. HOTEL POLICY
A picture of the guest will be taken via the webcam at the reception for records at the time of check in. The guests mobile number and official e-mail address needs to be provided. Government Photo ID proof such as driving license, passport, voter ID card etc. & a company business card or company ID card needs to be shown/produced to confirm the booking.
The meal plan for your selected booking includes Breakfast.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.
The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
Booking cannot be cancelled on or after the check in date and time mentioned in the Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in & will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
For any update, User shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.
Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the Hotel.
The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the hotel’s discretion.
If a booking is cancelled or changed by the customer, the hotel will be notified (of the changes) and the original confirmation email and Booking ID that was generated will become null and void.
III. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation less than 72hrs – NIL.
Before 72 hrs – 100% refund.
In case of no show: no refund. Booking cannot be cancelled/modified on or after the check in date and time mentioned in the Hotel Confirmation Voucher
