Job Description
Established Duties:
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the hotel.
- Follow the mission statement of the establishment.
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with established standards.
- Assist guests in finding appropriate seating as per standards.
- Set up tables to accommodate the correct number of guests.
- Take and serve orders according to established standards.
- Follow standards for assembling and picking up food orders.
- Ensure tables are clean and tidy after the main course.
- Execute all serving activities within prescribed time limits.
- Meet guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
This position requires a dedicated individual with a commitment to delivering exceptional service in the F&B industry. The Guest Service Associate will play a vital role in contributing to the overall positive experience of guests within the establishment.
Qualifications
H.S.C. + Diploma in a craft course in F & B Service/ Degree in Hotel Management.
