Job Description
As Corporate Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for our dedicated hospitality division. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients and generating sales revenue for our guest house properties. Candidate should have good corporate tie ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate segment
- Negotiate and close contracts with corporate clients and travel agents
- Manage and maintain existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and fam trips
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
- Attend trade shows, events, and networking activities
Required Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong network and connections in the corporate segment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours
- Well groomed & Pleasing Personality
- Age upto 35 – 40 Years
- Female will be preferred
