Hotel Sales Manager (Female)

Job Description

As Corporate Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for our dedicated hospitality division. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients and generating sales revenue for our guest house properties. Candidate should have good corporate tie ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate segment
  • Negotiate and close contracts with corporate clients and travel agents
  • Manage and maintain existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and fam trips
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
  • Attend trade shows, events, and networking activities

Required Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong network and connections in the corporate segment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours
  • Well groomed & Pleasing Personality
  • Age upto 35 – 40 Years
  • Female will be preferred
