Job Description

Established Duties:

  1. Adhere to the rules and regulations of the hotel.
  2. Follow the mission statement of the establishment.
  3. Maintain a professional appearance in line with established standards.
  4. Assist guests in finding appropriate seating as per standards.
  5. Set up tables to accommodate the correct number of guests.
  6. Take and serve orders according to established standards.
  7. Follow standards for assembling and picking up food orders.
  8. Ensure tables are clean and tidy after the main course.
  9. Execute all serving activities within prescribed time limits.
  10. Meet guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
  11. Ensure and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

This position requires a dedicated individual with a commitment to delivering exceptional service in the F&B industry. The Guest Service Associate will play a vital role in contributing to the overall positive experience of guests within the establishment.


H.S.C. + Diploma in a craft course in F & B Service/ Degree in Hotel Management.
